In today’s world we are all trying to get and stay healthy with Omega 3, Vitamins, and other supplements. Do you ever forget if you have taken your medication or supplements? Using a Dosett (that is what these pill containers are called) will help you to remember if you have taken them. Do you need an app for that? If so “It’s Done” is a great reminder tool.

To help you keep track of the medications and supplements taken by you or your loved one, I have prepared a downloadable List of Medications and Supplements. You can either fill it out on your computer and keep a printed copy  on hand for ready reference, or print a blank form and complete it by hand.

Here’s to your good health!

  1. “It’s done” sounds like a very useful app for remembering to take your meds as well as other day-to-day tasks. There are quite a few mundane tasks I used to write on my calendar every day until they became a habit, and some I still do. This app could eliminate a lot of writing!

  2. Heather – just love your quick, concise and doable tips for organizing medications and supplements. You’ve taken the stress right out of the doing.

Oooh – I’d never heard of It’s Done, the software app. I can see myriad uses for it! Thanks for finding that. And the meds list – you have what’s often missing, which is the impact of the meds. So useful to take with you at your next Dr.’s visit or to update their office on the phone.

  4. Love all your info in a short amount of reading. What a great printable for meds. I suggest people tape it inside of their cabinet door by their meds! :)
